Nestled in the residence area behind the posh omotodesando area is this famous tonkatsu restaurant - Maisen. Though Maisen's takeaway food counters can be found in many departmental stores, a visit to its 1st restaurant would promised freshly cook hot & certainly delicious dishes.
The group was so fond of Maisen (the restaurant) that they visited it a second time just before they flew back home. But, they made sure they arrived early for lunch to avoid the long queue.

One of the many dinning rooms in Maisen. Specially requested to be seated here coz didn't want to sit on tatami floor again. |
Info:
Exit A2 of Omotesando Subway Station. Then, look out for Maisen's sign and follow it.
