Travel Destinations in 2015

Hellooo...

It had been a long while since the last post. It's not that R has stopped eating or travelling. It's just that R is still trying to find a way to resume blogging amidst her work and travelling.

Where had R left her footprints thus far? Pretty amazing because of...

1) Short getaway in Taipei, Taiwan, with sis in January. This was sis's first trip but R 4th/5th trip there. Expectations are different. Still, R gotta re-visit Jiufen. And, inject some new excitement by doing the off-the-beaten track's sites of Bopiliao & Da Dao Cheng, which places with old buildings and with historical value, in Taipei city.

2) Another family's Chinese New Year vacation in February. Finally, it was time to explore the north of Thailand - Chiang Mai / Rai. The flower season and cool morning weather made the trip a very pleasant one. And, not forgetting, the sincere and friendly Thai people we met in the North.

3) Epic trip to New Zealand's South Island in April. R was most in awe with the mountains and the turquoise lakes. No pictures could depict it as well as real-life experience.

4) Another short R&R trip to the food & shopping haven, Hong Kong. This was a few days right after NZ trip as a form of reconnecting with the city-life which R was deprived in NZ.

R has no idea how she could share all the above on the blog but, nevertheless, would try bit by bit. Pardon us if we are caught up with work and travelling again ;p
