"And, so it is.... I can't take my eyes of you... "
There was practically a poster of Van Gogh Exhibition at Kyoto Municipal Art Museum (京都市美術館 Kyōto-shi Bijutsukan) at every corner in Kyoto. It kept calling out to us to see it, to see it. (though appalled by a hefty 1500Yen admission fee to see a small collection.)
Seeing the piece of artwork on the promo flyer, the song Blower's Daughter kept sounding in the head. It wasn't that Blower's Daughter was inspired by Van Gogh. But, the brain linked the melancholic song to those precious paintings of Van Gogh. Perhaps, it was one painting of the meadows.
